A small-batch cacao from Ecuador, made with Arriba Nacional, one of the country’s renowned fine-aroma cacao varieties.

This cacao has a bold, full-bodied character with a naturally rich and creamy mouthfeel. In the cup, it opens with notes of ripe tropical fruit and soft citrus, followed by subtle nutty and floral tones. The finish is warm and earthy, with a pleasant dark-chocolate bitterness that lingers gently without becoming harsh.

What makes this cacao stand out is its balance: powerful and deeply chocolatey, yet still rounded, aromatic and surprisingly soft. It is the kind of cacao that invites you to slow down and really notice the different layers as the flavour develops.
